The price depends on the area of installation. For balcony installation, it normally ranges from as low as RM800 (half installation) to RM1800 (full installation) for a standard size condominium/apartment.
We use premium anti-rust 316L Stainless Steel material for our cable. We mainly use this material because of its anti-rust property and durability, especially under the extreme weather in Malaysia!
304 Stainless Steel type are common material used for sinks at the kitchen. However, it is not a suitable material for outdoor environment. 304 Stainless Steel is still susceptible to corrosion by outdoor acid rain over the time.
It is near to impossible for the cable to be broken by adult human force because our cables have gone through testing and proven to be able to withstand up to 250 kg force.
Not only 316L Stainless Steel cable will not rust, moreover it has high corrosion resistance, formability and strength.
We strictly provide COATED CABLE ONLY because we care to insist that all of our cables are fully coated with a protective layer, to prevent children from hurting their hands/fingers when in touch with the cable. Besides, the coating is also to enhance the lifespan of our 316L Stainless Steel cable.
The main difference is, NanoTetra coating has a much longer lifespan compared to Nylon coating under the exposure of UV (sunlight) and acid rain. Nylon coating will harden and become brittle over the duration of 2-3 years in the outdoor environment.
We provide two types of warranties.
Our cables can only be easily cut using a professional cable cutter. Other cutting tools are not advisable as it will slow down the cutting process if there is an event of emergency.
Our specifically designed Looping System has the advantage of Fast and Easy Escape (FEE) feature during emergency. It is compliant with Fire Department regulations and requirements.
The cost of installing invisible safety grille depends only on the area of measurement by square feet, regardless the orientation of installation. Functionality wise, the tension of the cable highly depends on the strength of the wall. The strength of the wall is the main bottleneck that will limit the tension of our cables.
In most cases, we would advise customers to go for Vertical installation because Horizontal installation will form horizontal cables that will act like a ‘stair” that children can climb on.
We recommend customers not to install on the handrail because it is weaker to install on malleable handrail. To install on the handrail, many holes will be drilled into the handrail (irreversible).
Yes, you can definitely install invisible safety grille for your windows. It can be a very good alternative to conventional iron grille.
It is suitable for guarded landed residence.
Yes, our product can be installed with alarm system.
